  • Demand Letter or Formal Complaint
  • Police Report

Claims Handling

Claim handling is central to the success of Alive Risk, our retail clients, and their insureds. A timely and effective defense is essential which is why we have joined forces with several law firms and claim handling TPAs to oversee and manage claims. A dedicated TPA will manage your client’s claim details and the initial communication. The TPA will also determine when and if the inclusion of counsel might be beneficial.
